Meet Loren, the “Mystic Chick”

Loren offers Paranormal Exploration tours of historic places in and around McHenry County, IL and beyond. She has been featured on the cover of the Northwest Herald for her tours of the Dole Mansion in Crystal Lake, IL. She (along with her Paranormal Exploration Illinois team) also won Shaw Media’s Best of the Fox 2022 and 2023 in the “Just for Fun” category.

As an energy empath, she has been called upon to investigate hauntings and other energetic disturbances in homes of all sizes (including a 15,000 square foot historical mansion!) as well as spot potential issues for those looking to purchase new homes.

She has been a guest on several radio stations in the Chicagoland area (including 103.5 FM and 95.1 FM), as a subject matter expert on ghosts and the afterlife. She currently hosts a podcast covering a range of mystical and mysterious topics called “Happy Hour with Mystic Chick”, available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and more.

In addition to her role as a liaison to the paranormal, Loren has spent the last 25 years helping others achieve wholeness, balance, and closure. Loren holds a B.A. and M.A. in Psychology and is an associate of the American Psychological Association. As a positive-psychology based life coach, she helps people reconnect with their passions to make transformative change.
